Hope this blog finds you all well and happy and getting settled in to the New Year. We are just about ready to hit the road with out first Songs From The Heart Tour. We are really looking forward to it and can't wait to see what you all think.
I had a wonderful break over the Christmas. It was such a lovely time. The children were ecstatic on Christmas Day when they woke to find their gifts. We then spent the day with my family in Dublin. New Years Eve was particularly memorable this year as we had really heavy snowfall. Quite rare in Dublin. New Year's Eve is also our wedding anniversary so it was particularly picturesque and romantic. The snow lasted on and off for nearly 10 days after that. Our country came to a complete standstill as we are not equipped to deal with the snow. However, the kids all had a blast. Schools were closed for an extra few days too which made them all the merrier.
So here we are about to embark on the new tour. We have lots of interviews to do in NY and Canada next week so we are all looking forward to that and then it is off to Roanoke, VA.
We hope to see many of you in the audience over the coming months and I promise to try to keep you all updated as much as I can
For now, take care
Lots of love

Love always,

Lisa, it's wonderful to hear from you again. I'm so glad you and your family had such a great holiday time together. Sounds like you all had a little taste of the same wintry weather we had here in upstate NY! Kids and snow...great combination! Can't wait for the new Tour to start. See you in Chicago!
Happy New Year to you, Lisa. Always nice to hear from you and the others. I'm definitely hoping to catch the show one or more times. The PBS show was great, loved the song selection and arrangements and look forward to seeing them live.
Wishing for safe travels to you and and the others.

Hi Lisa,
Welcome back to the states. I hope your trip was pleasant for you. I missed you last year on the M&G, hope to see you this year. I will be at your first three shows in Roanoke. Really looking forward to the new year of Celtic Woman.

Safe travels, Lisa! It certainly sounds as if you and your family had a wonderful break. And happy late anniversary from me too...you know this means you and Scott may get Happy Anniversary cards from strangers now, right? ;o) LOL
Love,

Hey Lisa,
I am delighted that you had a great time during Christmas and New Year :) Also here in The Netherlands we also had so much snow, it really was the western part of Europe. I wish you all the best in America and the tour. Hope to see you in Europe some day again.
*hugs* Linde
Hi Lisa! I'm a little late in finding your blog, but will follow you here now. Hated to miss you in Charlotte, but hope our paths cross again soon. I hope you will keep in touch, say hello to all the girls, Scotty and Rachel for me. As always, let me know if I can ever be of assistance to you! All best wishes for a great tour.
Hugs,
Dick
Lisa,
I always welcome any news from you, and especially you and your family spending time together. Christmas is always an exciting time for the children; and then throw in that rare snow in Dublin to really excite them even more. This must have been a joyous Holiday Season for you and your family, and then your anniversary being on New Years Eve was an especially exciting time for you and Scott to celebrate, along with all your family.
Your time to relax and enjoy home life again is almost over for a few months, and the call of the Appearances and Tour is almost upon you; so with that in mind travel well and be safe in all you do. Roanoke is just 19 days away and it will be such a pleasure to see you again.
See you soon,
Jim
Oooooooo snow!! That's so cool, Lisa. We had some really (unusually) cold weather down here in Miami/Ft Lauderdale so I was hoping it would snow, but it didn't. lol. Oh well. Anyway, I can't wait for the new tour to start, even though it doesn't start for me until April 9th in Chicago. It's going to be amaaaaazzziiinnngggggggggggg. I can already tell! Glad you had a good holiday and happy belated anniversary, hehe. SEE YOU IN APRIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Lisa!!
Happy new year to you as well, and happy Anniversary to you and Scott!
Yes, I've heard from friends in Ireland that it has been a really harsh winter, but kids love it!
Your friends and supporters here are very much looking forward to the new show and tour. You'll see a large contingent of familiar faces the very first night in Roanoke. You'll have no shortage of energy and enthusiasm that night and throughout the tour.

Hi Lisa, thanks for writing. Happy Anniversary to you and Scott. I'm so glad to hear that you're enjoying your time at home, it must have been so much fun playing in the snow with the kids, you probably have some great hills for sledding over there. Last time I went sledding with my nephew I hit a bump, caught about 3 feet of air and came crashing down so hard I injured my lower back. That was 2 years ago and it's still not right. But you're young and in good shape so I'm sure you don't have to worry about that. I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to seeing you this March in Providence, RI. Hopefully we won't be having the extreme cold temps and heavy snowfalls we've had in the past couple of years...I know how you hate to be cold. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Well, take care and have a safe trip back to the states and I'll see you soon!
Love,
Kerri C.
...And a very Happy New Year to you also, Lisa. I bet your break was too short. As much as I love to hear about your successful tours, it is also great to hear that your got to enjoy time off at home. Thanks for all you give.
With Love,
Martin
Ahhh...Happy Anniversary!!!
As for the snow....I can send you more if you want...I am done with it...really...you can have it ;D.
I do love having snow on Christmas Eve and Christmas day though. Makes seem more special. But the day after...I want it and the cold gone.
Glad you and family are having a nice break, looking forward to the new Tour. March can't get here soon enough
Mel

March 3 is rapidly approaching. I'm looking forward to the return of Celtic Woman to Proctor's Theatre in Schenectady and your performance of "Fields of Gold." Here's hoping the weather cooperates. :>)
Thanks so much for coming to Roanoke! I was one of the fortunate who was able to meet you at the meet and greet. I know you're way too busy to read this, but you and Chloe were so kind and spoke with my husband and me about my pregancy with my fifth child.
I will update and let you know if we are going to have our girl (and call her Laegan - yes, I changed the spelling) or if we need to find a boy's name.
Enjoy your tour and the concert was a blessing! I'm glad you had a great break with your family!
Lisa, hello from Georgia. Just wanted you to know my son fell in love with you, as I knew he would, since you are not only remarkable but also look like the love of his life who married someone else and had four kids. I had showed him the Powerscourt PBS telecast, and he was ready to move to Ireland and look for you, until I told him you are married and have three kids. So now he is distraught all over again. Poor guy. Meanwhile, we all love your music.
