HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Hi All
Hope this blog finds you all well and happy and getting settled in to the New Year. We are just about ready to hit the road with out first Songs From The Heart Tour. We are really looking forward to it and can't wait to see what you all think.
I had a wonderful break over the Christmas. It was such a lovely time. The children were ecstatic on Christmas Day when they woke to find their gifts. We then spent the day with my family in Dublin. New Years Eve was particularly memorable this year as we had really heavy snowfall. Quite rare in Dublin. New Year's Eve is also our wedding anniversary so it was particularly picturesque and romantic. The snow lasted on and off for nearly 10 days after that. Our country came to a complete standstill as we are not equipped to deal with the snow. However, the kids all had a blast. Schools were closed for an extra few days too which made them all the merrier.
So here we are about to embark on the new tour. We have lots of interviews to do in NY and Canada next week so we are all looking forward to that and then it is off to Roanoke, VA.
We hope to see many of you in the audience over the coming months and I promise to try to keep you all updated as much as I can
For now, take care
Lots of love
Lisaxxxxx

Lisa, it's wonderful to hear from you again. I'm so glad you and your family had such a great holiday time together. Sounds like you all had a little taste of the same wintry weather we had here in upstate NY! Kids and snow...great combination! Can't wait for the new Tour to start. See you in Chicago!

Hey Lisa,

I am delighted that you had a great time during Christmas and New Year :) Also here in The Netherlands we also had so much snow, it really was the western part of Europe. I wish you all the best in America and the tour. Hope to see you in Europe some day again.

Lisa,

I always welcome any news from you, and especially you and your family spending time together. Christmas is always an exciting time for the children; and then throw in that rare snow in Dublin to really excite them even more. This must have been a joyous Holiday Season for you and your family, and then your anniversary being on New Years Eve was an especially exciting time for you and Scott to celebrate, along with all your family.

Your time to relax and enjoy home life again is almost over for a few months, and the call of the Appearances and Tour is almost upon you; so with that in mind travel well and be safe in all you do. Roanoke is just 19 days away and it will be such a pleasure to see you again.

See you soon,

Jim

Hello Lisa!!

Happy new year to you as well, and happy Anniversary to you and Scott!

Yes, I've heard from friends in Ireland that it has been a really harsh winter, but kids love it!

Your friends and supporters here are very much looking forward to the new show and tour. You'll see a large contingent of familiar faces the very first night in Roanoke. You'll have no shortage of energy and enthusiasm that night and throughout the tour.

Safe travels, best wishes on your signing, interviews, and rehearsals. See you soon. God's blessings.

Hi Lisa, thanks for writing. Happy Anniversary to you and Scott. I'm so glad to hear that you're enjoying your time at home, it must have been so much fun playing in the snow with the kids, you probably have some great hills for sledding over there. Last time I went sledding with my nephew I hit a bump, caught about 3 feet of air and came crashing down so hard I injured my lower back. That was 2 years ago and it's still not right. But you're young and in good shape so I'm sure you don't have to worry about that. I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to seeing you this March in Providence, RI. Hopefully we won't be having the extreme cold temps and heavy snowfalls we've had in the past couple of years...I know how you hate to be cold. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Well, take care and have a safe trip back to the states and I'll see you soon!
Love,
Kerri C.

Thanks so much for coming to Roanoke! I was one of the fortunate who was able to meet you at the meet and greet. I know you're way too busy to read this, but you and Chloe were so kind and spoke with my husband and me about my pregancy with my fifth child.

I will update and let you know if we are going to have our girl (and call her Laegan - yes, I changed the spelling) or if we need to find a boy's name.

Enjoy your tour and the concert was a blessing! I'm glad you had a great break with your family!

Lisa, hello from Georgia. Just wanted you to know my son fell in love with you, as I knew he would, since you are not only remarkable but also look like the love of his life who married someone else and had four kids. I had showed him the Powerscourt PBS telecast, and he was ready to move to Ireland and look for you, until I told him you are married and have three kids. So now he is distraught all over again. Poor guy. Meanwhile, we all love your music.
